Apartment near Polaris in Columbus, OH

I recently took an offer for a new job in a different state and now I'm having to give up my amazing home in Central Park Apartments (http://www.livecentralpark.com/).The apt will be available mid March (date is flexible but would need a new owner before weekend of 3/21--or sooner...preferably sooner :)Few details:-580 sq ft-Vaulted ceiling in bedroom-W/D in unit-Dishwasher-Huge closet space-Ample kitchen storageComplex:-24 fitness center-Theater center-Business center-Recycling-Game Room-Outdoor pool/Grill areaSide notes: The way this works is you would be taking over my lease which runs til Sept (if you enjoy the place as much as I did you have the option to renew). You can stop by and check it. If you like and want in, you'd have to sign up/be approved--but I've already covered the deposit so no worries there, just a credit check and such. I'm happy to pay the application for you as I need to be able to move asap and want to make this as painless as possible.Currently if you go thru the complex itself, this same apartment will cost you between $832-$2,000. I am parting with it at $800; that'll save you some cash as well.
